Hoping to be caught
Kiokacham is a small town in Hmong country. A Ball Game [Pov Pob] was taking place on the town fairground. Mostly young girls who obviously wanted to dress up, but some of an age where it was the serious business of getting a boyfriend. This Hmong man is wearing traditional dress, and looks of an age where he is looking a for a girlfriend.
