The catcher
Phonsavan is the main town on the Plain of Jars, the area of Laos where many of the Hmong live. A large Ball Game [Pov Pob] was taking place on the fairground. Many of the girls treat it as a chance to dress up, too young to be finding a boyfriend or husband.
