Love match
Phonsavan is the main town on the Plain of Jars, the area of Laos where many of the Hmong live. A large Ball Game [Pov Pob] was taking place on the fairground. The man is singing a love song (hais kwv txhiajto) to the lady, the ball is being thrown by someone for effect as the song was being videoed.
