All Homo Sapiens, the modern human, are related, albeit very distantly in most cases. DNA evidence shows how closely, so it is not surprising that people around the World are so similar, differences are cultural, not inborn. From experience I would suggest that up until about 7 or 8 most children around the World are very similar in their behaviour, then culture starts to kick in.
