The Ball Game, known as Pov Pob, takes place during the Hmong new year festival, it is a chance for boy to meet girl. This lady is wearing traditional Hmong apparel. In the game a ball is thrown to a member of the opposite sex, if the catcher is interested she, or he, returns it to the sender.
