Bull jumping initiation ceremony - Painted face

Hamar males have to undergo an initiation ceremony before they are allowed to marry. This involves jumping across a line of bulls, two times in each direction. This man is a close friend of the initiate, after the ceremony he will no longer be allowed to contact him, hence the sad look in his eyes.
