Dhal ingredients
The Golden Temple complex is the Sikh religion's most holy site. Free food is offered to all in Sikh temples. The kitchen operation in the Golden Temple is huge, run by volunteers. This is the area for the preparation of vegetables that will go into the large dhal vats.
