Tar maiden
This young woman is Nepalese, they are sometimes employed in labouring jobs on the roads. The tarmac was being relayed on the Doche Pass (3141m), this lady, along with a colleague, were carrying barrels of hot tar about. She still managed to look well groomed, a trait that women seem to manage so much better than men.
